Cooperation Terms&Conditions
Dear Potential Partner,
We primarily serve enterprise‑level clients with mass‑production capabilities for end‑product development.
We do not support individuals, hobbyists, students, or pure resellers without in‑house product development.
Generally we have 3 cooperation mode for you to cooperate.
1. You use our default standard camera firmware and integrate with your own software platform and server via RTSP/RTMP/HTTP/WEBSOCKET/MQTT/ONVIF protocol.
2. We customize firmware for your requirements on the basis of our standard firmware, we will charge NRE cost and require MOQ according to the complex of firmware customization.
3. You have embeded Linux developers team to develop your own firmware with our sdk and API document, Our cooperation terms are listed below:
1).Business qualification & project information
Please provide your company profile/website with full project details: target product solution, target market, estimated mass‑production timeline, and estimated order volume per year.
We will also confirm your development scope: whether you only intend to develop upper‑layer applications, without requirements to modify kernel, BSP, device‑tree or low‑level drivers.
2).Sample policy
Free samples are not available. Sample orders start at 2‑10 pcs. Sample price is higher than mass‑unit price, and freight is charged extra. Sample cost can be refunded upon reaching the agreed mass‑production order quantity.
3).Cooperation commitment fee and MOQ for mass production
We do not offer SDK to any companies, we only offer it to rich and strong R&D technology companies who has enough development funds and bulk order in future, so generally we charge cooperation commitment fee and refund you in future when you buy 1000pcs in future.
MOQ for formal mass production is 500 pcs after prototype and small patch pilot order..
100% prepayment before production.
4).Important SDK & source‑code statement (critical clause)
We provide closed‑source application‑level SDK and pre‑compiled binary firmware images only.
Kernel source code, BSP, device‑tree files and low‑level hardware / sensor driver source code are NOT released under our standard cooperation model. All low‑level hardware‑related logic is pre‑implemented and sealed inside binary firmware.
Customers can develop their own upper‑layer application software based on our SDK API:
‑ Implement custom business logic
‑ Connect to your own private cloud server
‑ Deploy proprietary application functions
‑ Disable unwanted network connections to meet GDPR local‑deployment requirements
Modification to kernel, BSP, device‑tree and low‑level drivers is outside the scope of standard SDK support.
If you need underlying‑level modification work, it shall be treated as a separate custom project with independent quotation and development agreement.
