Can I only buy PCBA boards without purchasing complete cameras?

Yes, standalone PCBA board sales are our core business. We support clients who only need bare circuit boards to conduct independent firmware development, secondary hardware matching and self-assembly locally. We do not force customers to order finished cameras together with PCBA.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM cooperation with your factory?

• OEM: Based on our existing mature PCBA hardware and base firmware, we customize UI, brand logo, OSD text, alarm rules and AI detection functions according to your demands, with low modification cost and short delivery cycle; • ODM: Deep custom development including hardware circuit fine-tuning, full firmware rewrite, exclusive edge AI algorithm training, independent private protocol adaptation, suitable for clients with proprietary private cloud platforms and long-term project layout.

What SoC chip platforms do your camera PCBA boards support?

Our mainstream boards Hisilicon/Sigmastar/ RK chips. We avoid restricted chips that cannot be exported to overseas markets, fully meeting NDAA compliance requirements for European, American and Middle Eastern projects. We provide single-lens and binocular synchronous dual-MIPI POE PCBA modules.

Does your PCBA support POE power supply?

All mainstream binocular and single-lens IPC PCBA support standard 802.3af/at POE power supply. We also provide DC 12V powered versions for non-POE deployment scenarios upon request.

Can you adjust hardware circuits of PCBA according to my special requirements?

 Yes, we support small-range hardware modification for ODM orders, such as adjusting infrared light drive circuit, expanding TF card storage circuit, optimizing audio input/output interface, adjusting MIPI synchronous signal circuit for binocular splicing. Large-scale hardware redesign requires ODM cooperation with certain engineering fees.

Can you provide complete compilable Buildroot firmware source code instead of only closed SDK?

Yes, we offer two options: 1. Closed SDK version: For clients only needing simple function adjustment, low engineering cost; 2. Full editable, recompilable Buildroot complete engineering source code: For clients with self-owned software teams and independent secondary development demands, we charge a one-time source authorization fee based on order volume.

Does your camera firmware support MQTT TLS encrypted connection for private cloud servers?

All our customized firmware natively support MQTT TLS 1.2/1.3 encrypted transmission, RTSP, WebSocket, HTTP and CGI protocols. We can completely delete the factory’s built-in public cloud background processes at the source code level, with no mandatory binding to third-party cloud platforms. All alarm messages, JPEG snapshot images and device status data can be pushed exclusively to customers’ self-built private MQTT brokers or VMS servers.

Can the camera firmware completely remove your factory’s proprietary cloud module?

Yes. We conduct deep privatization transformation on the firmware source code, fully stripping all background services, heartbeat connections and remote push logic connected to our factory cloud, leaving only open standard communication protocols for your private server docking. No hidden cloud resident programs will remain running on the device.

Is WebRTC supported on your camera boards?

Our standard firmware does not prioritize WebRTC due to high deployment cost, high server configuration requirements and obvious latency feedback from overseas clients. We recommend mature MQTT TLS + RTSP combined solution for stable cross-border private cloud docking. If you require WebRTC function, we can develop it via customized firmware with additional engineering fees.

What AI algorithms can you customize and deploy on the camera PCBA?

We support lightweight edge AI algorithms running on on-board NPU, including human shape detection, intrusion crossing line detection, retail shop theft detection, customer passenger flow statistics, staff off-post detection, medical area personnel access control, goods shelf out-of-stock identification. We train and quantize models according to your scene requirements and solidify them into firmware.

Can I develop my own AI algorithm model and run it on your PCBA boards?

Yes. We provide standard NPU model quantization toolchains and V4L2 image capture interfaces in open firmware source code. Your software team can train self-developed YOLO series lightweight models, complete quantization locally, and import them into our firmware for independent operation.

What is the minimum order quantity for PCBA boards and finished cameras?

1. PCBA bare board sample order: MOQ 10–50 pieces for prototype testing; 2. Mass production PCBA: 500 pieces minimum; 3. OEM finished camera sample: MOQ 20–50 units; 4. Deep ODM firmware + hardware full customization: Mass order MOQ 1000 pieces.

How long is the sample delivery cycle? How about mass production lead time?

1. Standard off-the-shelf PCBA samples: 3–5 working days delivery;

2. Simple firmware customization samples: 7–10 working days;

3. Deep ODM full source code + algorithm development samples: 15–25 working days;

4. Mass production bulk orders: 15–30 working days based on order quantity.

Can you provide small batch trial production before large formal orders?

Yes, we support small batch trial orders for all clients to complete private server docking testing, algorithm verification and market trial sales before large-volume procurement.

Do your products meet GDPR and HIPAA privacy compliance standards for European and American markets?

Our customizable firmware fully supports privacy compliance requirements: local AES256 video snapshot encryption, no automatic data upload to public cloud, full MQTT TLS encryption transmission, configurable local storage only mode, which meets GDPR for commercial surveillance and HIPAA standards for medical monitoring projects in North America.

What certifications can your cameras support for export?

Our hardware PCBA and finished cameras can pass CE, FCC, RoHS certification. We assist customers in providing test data and supporting documents for regional customs clearance.

What technical after-sales support can you provide after delivery?

1. Free hardware circuit and firmware basic docking technical guidance for all orders; 2. Paid long-term firmware modification, protocol debugging and AI algorithm adjustment services; 3. 12-month warranty for all PCBA and finished camera hardware; 4. Provide complete technical documents: hardware pinout, firmware operation manual, MQTT TLS docking documentation, AI model deployment guide.

Do you offer long-term firmware upgrade and security patch support?

For clients purchasing full Buildroot source code authorization, you can independently complete firmware OTA upgrades and security patch updates. For customers using our closed SDK version, we provide regular security patch updates within 3 years after order delivery.

Which types of overseas customers are your main target buyers?

Our core clients are overseas companies with independent self-built cloud/VMS platforms, including security system integrators, private surveillance software developers, retail loss prevention tech enterprises, industrial factory monitoring solution providers, medical HIPAA-compliant monitoring companies and AI visual solution startups.
