Yes, welcome to test sample firstly, and sample fee is refundable from your next bulk order.

Q3: How long is the delivery time?

Within 3-5 work days (0-100pcs), within 7 work days (100-300pcs), within 15 work days (300-1000pcs), within 30 work days (1000-3000pcs).

Q4: What are the payment methods?

We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal.

Q5: What are the delivery ways?

Normally we ship by DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT express for sample order, we ship by Aircargo or Sea for bulk order.

Q6: Could we place OEM order?

Q7: What is Motion Detection?

After you set motion detection alarm on DVR channel or NVR channel, you will receive instant alarm notification message on mobilephone app once camera detects motion object.

Q8: How to set Motion Detection?

You need to access to DVR or NVR main menu --- channel settings --- click DETECT --- select the channel you want to set --- select the alarm type Motion Detect - select Enable --- then you go to set alarm area --- then you click Linkage Confilg --- select Show Message --- select Buzzer and set the time period --- save the above setting.
